Prairie Ridge Honey Farm does not offer a store front or "brick and mortar" sales location. With that said, we do not have regular store hours.
Local delivery/pick-up arrangements are made in advance with prior communication. Although we truly appreciate your interest, we highly discourage impromptu visits by customers. We trust that customers understand that our time to run the operation is limited and that our customers respect that fact. Local customers should plan ahead and contact Prairie Ridge Honey Farm by messaging us or calling us well in advance to make future arrangements to receive their product(s). Thank You!
Online orders are preferable as we are very busy most of the time, whether it be during beekeeping season or in the off season.
We accept all major credit cards and bank debit cards. Payments can also be made through Google Pay.
We stand behind our products here at Prairie Ridge Honey Farm (PRHF). If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) that you have purchased, please contact us within 3 business days after you receive the item(s). We promise that we will work with you to resolve any issues. Any refunds that may be made to customers will be for the purchase price of the item minus any shipping costs that we have paid to ship the item to the customer.

Your product(s) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail system. With this shipping service, your products will be insured up to $50 in value.
Although PRHF makes every effort to insure that your product(s) are packed properly so that they arrive in good condition, sometimes the unfortunate happens and in very rare cases, goods arrive damaged. In that case, follow the steps below. You must file a loss or damage claim with the USPS.
1. Contact your local postal service office in person or visit them online using the link below.
Online: Go to www.usps.com⁄help⁄claims.htm
By mail: Call 800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777) to have a claim form mailed to you. Send the completed form with all other required supporting documentation for loss or damage of an item mailed with insured services to the address printed on the form.
2. Provide Evidence of Insurance
You must retain evidence of insurance for your claim. This does involve providing proof that Priority Mail service was purchased for the mailed package.
3. Proof of Value
You must submit proof — such as a sales receipt or paid invoice — showing the value of the article when it was mailed.
For Internet transactions conducted through a web–based payment network, provide a computer printout of the online transaction identifying the purchaser and seller, price paid, date of the transaction, description of the item, and assurance that the transaction status is completed. The printout must clearly identify the web-based payment network provider through which the Internet transaction was conducted.
4. Proof of Damage or Partial Loss of Contents
You must retain any damaged item, packaging, and all contents until the claim is resolved. If you receive notification from the Postal Service, you will be required to bring the item, packaging, and all contents to a Post Office.
Should your case remain unresolved, please contact PRHF after you have pursued and exhausted your situation without resolution with the USPS.
Note: We cannot work with customers that have suffered a loss involving lost or stolen packages.
PRHF will require that you provide proof of damage to your shipment.
You may be required to return the damaged package with goods back to us. Buyers are responsible for these return shipping costs.
PRHF will work with you with the end goal of resolving the situation in a manner that is fair, reasonable, and equitable.
