SHIPPING INFORMATION

Prairie Ridge Honey Farm will ship to all U.S. states as well as the following territories.

- Guam

- Puerto Rico

- U.S. Virgin Islands

IMPORTANT NOTE

We only offer shipping to the destinations listed above. We will also ship to military designated addresses that allow mail to be delivered to overseas military locations (APO & FPO).

All completed orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) - Flat Rate Priority Mail System. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the tracking number for your package(s). Please use this tracking number to keep track of your package as it travels through the USPS system.

Note

The USPS - Flat Rate Priority Mail System is a trusted and well established package shipping service. Although the

USPS generally claims that packages will be delievered to destinations within 1 to 3 business days, your actual delivery

date may vary.  Factors such as origin, destination, and drop-off time may affect delivery time.

- Prairie Ridge Honey Farm makes no guarantee as to how quickly your package will arrive once it is placed with the USPS.

The factors listed above may have an influence and they are beyond our control.

- Note that it may take 24 hours or more for your tracking information to appear on the USPS's system.

- Customers should make sure that their shipping address is complete and correct.

- USPS Priority Mail automatically carries up to $50 coverage on package contents.  This coverage is automatic. (Refer to the Resources

Section on our website - FAQ : "Can I get a full refund?" for more on the insurance coverage on your package.)

Please allow 2 - 4 days for us to prepare your package(s) and place them with the USPS.
